At ARAI Cleaning Solutions, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
Products are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product damaged or leaking upon delivery
  • Product expired at the time of delivery
  • Faulty or defective product

Products are not eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The item was purchased during a clearance or final sale
  • The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery

Return Request Period
Customers must initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photo/video evidence of the issue when
    submitting your request.

Our team will assess the request and provide further instructions.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Exchange Process
If an incorrect or damaged item was received, we will replace the product at no additional cost
once the return is confirmed.

Return Shipping

  • For orders within Colombo and surrounding areas, return pickup may be arranged at no
    cost
  • For other regions, customers may be required to send the product via courier
